Terms of Service

Hisab provides a cloud-based e-invoicing platform (SaaS) for Moroccan businesses to create, send, and manage invoices in compliance with the 2026 DGI e-invoicing mandate. Our services include invoice creation, DGI submission, PDF and XML generation, payment tracking, and 10-year archive. Hisab is operated by Boltpath LLC, a limited liability company formed in New Mexico, United States, EIN 98-1937340 (referred to herein as 'the Company', 'we', or 'us'). 'Hisab' is the trading name under which the Company markets its services.

To use Hisab, you must register an account with accurate information including your company's legal name and ICE number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be authorized to bind your company to these terms.

You agree to provide accurate invoice information, comply with all applicable laws including Moroccan tax regulations, use the service only for lawful business purposes, not attempt to interfere with or compromise the platform's security, and pay all fees when due.

Your subscription is billed in advance according to the plan you choose (Starter, Pro, or Fiduciaire). Prices displayed in MAD on the Pricing page are indicative; actual billing is in US dollars (USD) via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Renewal is automatic until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal accessible via your dashboard. Refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice; any change only applies to renewals after the effective date.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns. For any payment-related question you can contact Paddle directly at help@paddle.com.

We will submit your invoices to the DGI for clearance as required by Moroccan law. However, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your invoice data. We do not provide tax or legal advice. Clearance by DGI does not constitute our endorsement of your invoice accuracy.

You retain all rights to your invoice data and business information. By using Hisab, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide our services. We will not sell your data to third parties.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control, including DGI system downtime.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. Invoice archives will be retained for 10 years as required by law.

Hisab is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that DGI clearance will always succeed. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Hisab shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hisab from any claims arising from your use of the service, your invoice data, or your violation of these terms or applicable laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
