Acceptable Use Policy

Hisab is intended for legitimate professional use in Morocco. This policy outlines what is allowed on the platform and what is not.

1

Purpose

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to every Hisab user. Its goal is to keep the service safe, compliant with Moroccan law, and useful to all our customers.

2

Permitted uses

Hisab is intended for invoicing, quotes, credit notes, customer management, and expense tracking for lawful business activities primarily conducted in Morocco. Accountants and fiduciary firms may manage multiple client books under a Fiduciaire license. Internal testing, sales demos, and training are also permitted.

3

Prohibited uses

Strictly prohibited: issuing fictitious or fraudulent invoices; any money laundering or terrorist-financing activity; using the service to sell goods or services that are illegal in Morocco; sending unsolicited email via Hisab; sharing a single account across multiple distinct businesses outside the Fiduciaire framework; automated data extraction (scraping), bypassing quota limits, reverse engineering the software, or attempting to compromise the security of the service.

4

Moroccan legal compliance

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue through Hisab and for their compliance with Moroccan tax obligations (VAT, IR, IS, transmission to DGI once mandatory). Hisab provides the technical tools to meet these obligations (ICE, IF, RC, digital signature, integrity chain, 10-year archive) but does not replace a chartered accountant.

5

Enforcement

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without notice or refund, reporting to the competent authorities when required by law, and permanent termination of the subscription. Data from a suspended account remains accessible for 30 days to allow export, except by order of a judicial authority.

6
