Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how you can cancel your Hisab subscription and the cases in which a refund can be issued.

Overview

Hisab is an online invoicing software (SaaS) offered on a monthly subscription. Your subscription is billed in US dollars (USD) by our payment partner Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record. This document sets out your cancellation and refund rights, including our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial — no commitment, no credit card required. No amount is charged during this period. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan by the end of the trial, your account is switched to read-only mode and your data is kept for 90 days.

30-day money-back guarantee

New customers benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first invoice. If Hisab does not meet your expectations during this first paid month, you may request a full refund of that first invoice, no reason required, by emailing contact@hisab.ma. The request must be made within 30 days of the charge. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover subsequent months or subscriptions re-activated after cancellation.

Billing

Subscription is billed in advance, on a monthly cycle, starting from your activation date. Prices displayed on the Pricing page in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) are indicative and reflect a real-time conversion; the amount actually charged is in USD at Paddle's rate of the day. No hidden fees. Renewal is automatic until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Billing" page of your dashboard, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to all features until that date, then your account switches to read-only. No charges occur after cancellation.

Refund eligibility

Beyond the 30-day guarantee, Hisab does not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months: on cancellation, you keep service access until the end of the paid period. A full refund may also be issued in the following cases: (1) duplicate billing or technical error, (2) Paddle invoice issued while the service was not used at all during the relevant month, (3) major service failure attributable to Hisab that prevented normal use of the platform.

Refund process

To request a refund, email contact@hisab.ma within 14 days of the charge, specifying: reason for the request, Paddle transaction number, account email. Every request is reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund is processed by Paddle back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
