Managing Your Subscription

Everything about your plan lives in one place: Settings → Billing.

View your plan and usage

On the Billing page you can see your current plan, status (trial, active, etc.), renewal date, and your usage for the period (such as invoices created this month against your plan's limit).

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Pick the plan you want and confirm.
  3. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can use the new features and limits right away.
  4. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Make sure your usage fits the lower plan's limits before the change.

Switch between monthly and yearly

Choose Yearly to pay for 10 months and get 2 months free. You can switch billing cycles from the same Billing page.

Payment method & receipts

Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. From the Billing page you can update your card and access your receipts/invoices for accounting. Each successful charge also emails you a receipt from Paddle.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it won't renew. Your data is retained — you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off.
